Made yesterday afternoon and having after dinner. This is soooo good although I did put some fresh strawberries in the cheesecake before the crumble topping and today after removing from the pan I added a strawberry glaze on top and it is amazing!
Ok so I followed the baking instructions as far as time and temp to the letter and it’s still very jiggly, and not done at all. How much longer should it go in the oven and at what temp??
I ended up baking it a bit longer and it was cooked a bit more and still came out perfect. It wasn’t just a little undone. It was almost still batter. Definitely not the right texture lol. Next time I think I’ll bump my oven temp up a few degrees and see if that helps. T
