Something I’m a little embarrassed to admit is that I still have this part of me that deeply seeks external validation. It’s not easy to say that out loud, just letting everyone know about your insecurities. It feels very vulnerable. But while journaling yesterday, trying to work through this belief, I had a realization that completely shifted my perspective.
Even though sharing this feels a little personal and uncomfortable, I’m learning that the more I share from my heart, the more I can connect with others. Vulnerability can be so healing, and even if this resonates with just one person, it’ll be worth it.
