Pumpkin S'mores Bars

Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, melted (you can also brown the butter!!)
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar, packed
1 cup pumpkin puree
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 large egg
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
About 1-1.5 cups of chocolate chips (you can also use chocolate bars)
About 7 oz. of marshmallow fluff
** for the chocolate and marshmallow fluff, you can add as much as you want! this part of the recipe doesn’t need an exact measurement, it’s really up to your preference and how much of each ingredient you want🤗
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a pan with nonstick spray, or line with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and pumpkin spice. Set aside.
In a bowl, mix the butter and sugars until combined well.
Add in the egg, pumpkin puree, vanilla and 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt. Mix until combined.
Sift in the flour and mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.
Pour about 1/3-1/2 of the batter into the prepared pan and spread to the edges.
Add a layer of chocolate and marshmallow fluff on top. Spread the rest of the batter on top.
Bake at 350 for about 30-50 minutes. They are done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with no wet batter on it. Baking time will depend on the pan size you use so keep an eye on it!!
Let cool before lifting the paper from the pan and slicing.
