Despite the hot weather and being halfway into June, I still feel like it’s not summer😂. I don’t know why but my brain can’t process it. But making this peach cobbler changed that for me.
It captures the very essence of summer in each bite. It’s made with ripe peaches that are so so sweet and juicy with the perfect cinnamon-y crunch topping. Top it off with some vanilla ice cream and you have yourself the coziest dessert ever!
