Limoncello Tiramisu🍋

a light and tangy twist on the classic italian dessert!

As much as I love baking, I had to take a little break from it because baking during a heatwave is NO JOKE! I almost passed out from the heat, and the oven wasn’t even fully preheated yet 😩

But I still wanted a little sweet treat which is why I present to you… Limoncello Tiramisu! This NO-BAKE dessert is a twist on a classic tiramisu which is typically ladyfingers soaked in espresso. It’s still made with creamy and light mascarpone layers, but this one is ALL LEMON flavored! It’s also soaked in a limoncello syrup, making this dessert so refreshing and light for summer. And the best part? You don’t even have to turn on your oven!
