Kitchen Sink Cookies

Ingredients
3/4 cup unsalted butter, browned
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 egg, room temp
1 egg yolk, room temp
1 tbsp vanilla
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup semisweet choc chips
1/2 cup crushed pretzels
1/3 cup caramel
You can adjust the add-in measurements based on how much you want, what you like, etc. Other substitutes like white chocolate, Oreos, nuts, etc.
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 F, and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside
In a large bowl, whisk together the brown butter, brown sugar and granulated sugar until smooth and combined.
Add in the egg, egg yolk and vanilla. Mix until combined fully.
Gradually add in the dry ingredients. Mix until almost combined.
Add in the chocolate chips and crushed pretzels. Fold in gently.
Place a few spoonfuls of caramel across the top then fold it in carefully. Repeat with the rest of the caramel.
Cover and chill for at least an hour to overnight.
Using a cookie scoop, scoop the dough and roll it into a ball. Place it 2 inches apart from each other
Bake at 350 F for 11-14 minutes or until slightly brown around the edges.
Let them set before enjoying!
