Gooey Fudge Brownie

Ingredients
6 Tbsp unsalted butter
3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
3 eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper. Set aside.
In a bowl, melt together the butter and 2 cups of chocolate chips until smooth. intervals. Let cool.
Using a hand mixer, beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla on medium high speed until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes.
Mix in the cooled chocolate.
Fold in flour, baking powder and salt until just combined. Mix in remaining 1 cup chocolate chips.
Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the center is puffed. The top may crack.
Remove from oven and let cool completely.
Top with hot fudge and ice cream to serve.
