
@lovevivvApple cinnamon roll cake🍎🍰 hope everyone is having a good week!!🫶🏼 Ingredients: - 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour - 2 tsps baking powder - 1 tsp cinnamon - 1/4 tsp salt - 3/4 cup milk - 1 egg - 1/2 cup granulated sugar - 1 tsp vanilla - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted - 1 1/4 cup apple, peeled and diced (optional: toss in a bit of cinnamon) Cinnamon-Sugar Topping: - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened - 1/2 cup brown sugar - 1 tbsp flour - 1/2 tbsp cinnamon Glaze: - 1 cup powdered sugar - 2-3 tablespoons milk - 1/2 tsp vanilla Directions: - Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare an 8x8 baking pan by greasing it or lining it with parchment paper. Set aside. - In a small bowl, combine the ingredients for the cinnamon-sugar topping then place in the fridge while you prepare the batter. - In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Set aside. - In another bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, sugar and vanilla. - Fold in the flour mixture until almost combined. Stir in the melted butter. - Fold in the apples, and pour the batter into the prepared pan. - Grab the cinnamon-sugar topping out of the fridge and drop spoonfuls over the top. Take a butter knife and swirl the topping into the base. - Bake for 28-30 minutes. - While the cake is baking, prepare the glaze and set aside. - Remove from oven and glaze the cake while still warm #cinnamonroll #fallbaking #fallrecipes

Ingredients
1 apple, peeled and cut into 8-10 wedges
1 can Pillsbury Crescent dough
1/2 cup butter
2/3 cups sugar
1 tsp cinnamon (or more if you want)
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup 7-Up or sprite
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Grease an 8x8 baking dish.
Separate the crescent roll dough into triangles.
Roll each apple wedge in crescent roll dough starting at the wide end
Pinch to seal and cover apple and place in the baking dish.
Melt the butter, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla in a small saucepan.
The mixture will slowly combine and thicken. When it's thickened, remove from heat.
Pour cinnamon mixture over the apple dumplings.
Pour soda over the dumplings.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown!!!
