12 Days of Christmas - Smoked Salmon Puff Pastry Bites (Day 6)
Ingredients:
1 packages of puff pastry dough
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
4 oz of smoked salmon
2 tablespoons fresh dill, minced
2 tablespoons fresh chives, minced
1 teaspoon dijion mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Directions:
Follow the directions on the puff pastry dough, and bake them accordingly
Combine the cream cheese, sour cream and lemon juice in the bowl of a food processor, and run until combined, about a minute. Add the remaining ingredients, and run until everything is incorporated. Spoon or pipe the salmon filling into the baked puff pastry dough cups, and garnish with more smoked salmon and fresh dill.
